Ingredients & Formula
Most lash lift kits on the market still use Thioglycolic Acid which is a harsh perming agent designed to break down the lash structure to force a curl. This can leave them brittle, dry, and prone to breakage, especially with regular use.
We've replaced this outdated ingredient with Cysteamine HCl, a gentler, modern alternative that lifts lashes effectively without compromising lash health.
What Thioglycolic Acid does to your lashes
Thioglycolic Acid is still used in many lash lift kits because it creates a strong curl quickly but it does so by breaking down the natural disulphide bonds in your lashes.
It’s also known for its strong chemical odour, and may cause stinging, redness, or irritation, particularly for sensitive eyes or skin.
Because of its aggressive action, Thioglycolic Acid is banned or restricted in several countries and considered unsafe for sensitive areas by many modern cosmetic regulators.

Can I use it with tint?
Yes, you definitely can use a tint while using our kit. We recommend using the Everbare Black tint together with our kit.
Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?
When used correctly and as directed, the lash lift process is gentle and will not damage your lashes. To keep your lashes healthy and strong, wait at least 4 weeks between lifts. Over-processing or incorrect use can weaken lashes, so it’s important to follow all timing guidelines.
How long does the process take?
The full lash lift treatment takes about 45 minutes from start to finish, including setting and nourishing time.
How should I care for my lashes after the lift?
- Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours - that includes water, steam, hot baths, and saunas.
- Stay away from oils, lotions, and shampoos around the eye area during this time, as they can weaken the lift.
- Skip eye makeup, especially mascara, for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down on your lashes to prevent misshaping them.
- Avoid waterproof mascara and other harsh products.
