Here’s how it works:

  • Try your kit for 3 full treatments.

  • If you’re still not happy with the results, we’ll refund you in full.

Why 3 Treatments?

Most of our customers see amazing results within 1–3 uses. But we know:

  • The first time may feel like a learning curve.

  • The second time is easier, with improved results.

  • By the third time, you’ve mastered the technique.

We ask you to complete 3 treatments to give the product a fair chance.

How to Qualify for a Refund

  1. Use as directed – follow our instructions, including prep and aftercare.

  2. Document your results – take a dated photo after each treatment and email it to info@everbarebeauty.com.

  3. Accept support – after your 2nd attempt, our team may offer guidance (including a 1-on-1 call if needed). You must accept this to remain eligible.

If you’ve completed 3 full treatments and still aren’t satisfied, we’ll process your refund—no hassle.

When Refunds Cannot Be Approved

  • Less than 3 treatments completed (option: 35% refund available instead).

  • Product not used as directed.

  • Missing or unclear photos without dates.

  • Declined support from our team.

  • Product damaged from misuse or hygiene reasons.

Return Policy

At Everbare, we want you to shop with confidence. Please note the following conditions:

  • Expired Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this window, items are not eligible for return.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Everbare has agreed otherwise.

  • Packages That Have Been Opened or Used: For hygiene reasons, any products that have been opened or used are ineligible for return. Instead, we encourage you to explore our 100-Day, 3-Treatment Risk-Free Trial Policy.

  • Non-Compliance with Policy: Returns without proof of purchase, or those submitted outside the return timeframe, will not be accepted.

  • Damage Caused by Customer: Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse are not eligible for refund.

  • Gift with Purchase: If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with the product. If not, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
