Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

1. Shipping Rates

  • $5 NZD flat rate for non-rural addresses
  • $10 NZD flat rate for rural delivery

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Rural delivery: Allow an additional 1–2 days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only. Your order may arrive earlier or later due to courier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has left our warehouse.

4. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, contact us at info@everbarebeauty.com with your order number so we can look into it for you. If we don’t hear from you within 21 days of dispatch, we may not be able to assist with locating your package.

6. Wrong Address

If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@everbarebeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
