What is a lash lift and how long does it last?

A lash lift is a treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, giving the appearance of longer, fuller lashes without extensions. Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.

Is the lash lift kit safe to use at home?

Yes, our kit is designed for at-home use and is safe when used according to the instructions. No help is needed here and you don't need any previous experience to do it. Always perform a patch test 24–48 hours before use to check for any sensitivities.

Can I use it with tint?

Yes, you definitely can use a tint while using our kit. We recommend using the Everbare Black tint together with our kit.

Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?

When used correctly and as directed, our lash lift process is gentle and safe for your natural lashes. To keep your lashes healthy and strong, wait at least 4 weeks between lifts. Over-processing or not following timing instructions can weaken or damage your lashes - always follow the recommended steps carefully.

How long does the process take?

The full lash lift treatment takes about 45 minutes from start to finish, including setting and nourishing time.

Why haven’t my lashes lifted properly?

If your lashes didn’t lift, it’s often due to rushing the process. Pay extra attention to the perm and fixation lotions — if removed too early, the lashes won’t absorb them properly.

Also, check the lash pad size you used. Shorter lashes are recommended to use the small pad.

Make sure to follow the steps and timing exactly. If needed, ask someone to help you the first time for better results.

How should I care for my lashes after the lift?
  • Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours - that includes water, steam, hot baths, and saunas.
  • Stay away from oils, lotions, and shampoos around the eye area during this time, as they can weaken the lift.
  • Skip eye makeup, especially mascara, for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down on your lashes to prevent misshaping them.
  • Avoid waterproof mascara and other harsh products.

The Lash Lift Kit is vegan and proven safe. It’s made with nourishing ingredients like plant extracts and active proteins for healthy, lifted lashes. Please perform a patch test 24 hours before use. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Tint Kit

How long does the tint last?

The tint can last up to 4-6 weeks with proper aftercare, depending on your natural lash/brow cycle.

Our tint kit includes everything you need for salon-quality results at home:

  • Colour lotion 15ml
  • Oxidant 15ml

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our tint is specially formulated to be gentle, safe, and nourishing.

It’s ammonia-free and PPD-free, making it suitable for sensitive areas. Enriched with multiple plant extracts, the formula helps condition and protect your lashes and brows. With a mildly acidic pH levels, it’s designed to minimise irritation. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before use.

Will the tint damage my lashes or brows?

No, when used correctly. The plant-based formula is designed to nourish as it tints, leaving lashes and brows looking fuller and healthier.

Can I use this tint after a lash lift?

Yes! You can apply the tint immediately after completing your lash lift. We recommend using the Everbare Lash Lift together with our kit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our dispatch team start processing and fulfilling your order as soon as we have received it to ensure you get it as quick as possible, this means we are unable to make changes to an order once it’s been placed. But don’t worry - you can always return it within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind

Can I get a refund for my order?

Yes – orders placed directly through everbarebeauty.com are eligible for a refund under two options. You can use our 100-Day Risk-Free Trial Guarantee by completing 3 full treatments before requesting a refund. If you don’t wish to use the trial, you may instead request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Our policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

How long does the shipping take?

Do you offer shipping outside of New Zealand?

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.
