What is a lash lift and how long does it last?
A lash lift is a treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, giving the appearance of longer, fuller lashes without extensions. Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
WHEN SHOULD I REPEAT MY LASH LIFT?
Your lash lift can typically be repeated every 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth and how long your results last. We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks between treatments to allow your lashes to grow out and recover.
MY FIRST LASH LIFT DIDN'T LIFT ENOUGH — WHEN CAN I TRY AGAIN?
If your first lash lift hasn't lifted as much as expected, don't immediately repeat the treatment. Wait at least 1 week, then assess the condition of your lashes. If your lashes are healthy and undamaged, you may repeat the treatment. If your lashes feel dry, brittle or look damaged, wait longer and do not reprocess them.
For future lifts, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks between treatments.

Is the lash lift kit safe to use at home?
Yes, our kit is designed for at-home use and is safe when used according to the instructions. No help is needed here and you don't need any previous experience to do it. Always perform a patch test 24–48 hours before use to check for any sensitivities.
Can I use it with tint?
Yes, you definitely can use a tint while using our kit. We recommend using the Everbare Black tint together with our kit.
Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?
When used correctly and as directed, our lash lift process is gentle and safe for your natural lashes. To keep your lashes healthy and strong, wait at least 4 weeks between lifts. Over-processing or not following timing instructions can weaken or damage your lashes - always follow the recommended steps carefully.
How long does the process take?
The full lash lift treatment takes about 45 minutes from start to finish, including setting and nourishing time.
Why haven’t my lashes lifted properly?
Don't worry — your first few lifts are all part of the learning curve 🤎 Think of it as practice — the more you do it, the more the better your results will get. Your best lift is still ahead of you!
If your lashes haven't lifted as much as you'd hoped, check these common mistakes:
- Your lashes weren't sitting straight on the shield. Make sure they're separated, straight and securely attached to the shield before applying the lotions. For an easier application, try gently curling your lashes with a lash curler before starting the treatment.
- You didn't use cling wrap. Cling wrap helps keep the lashes in place and prevents the lotions from drying out while they process. Make sure you use it as directed in the instructions.
- The shield size wasn't right. If you have shorter lashes, we recommend trying the small shield. Choosing the right size can make a big difference to the final lift.
- Your lashes weren't clean enough. Oils, makeup or skincare residue can interfere with the treatment. Always start with clean, dry lashes.
- You used too much adhesive. A little goes a long way! Too much glue can create a barrier between your lashes and the lifting lotion.
Most importantly, follow the steps and timings in your instruction booklet carefully. And don't worry if your first lift isn't perfect — practice makes perfect!
How should I care for my lashes after the lift?
- Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours - that includes water, steam, hot baths, and saunas.
- Stay away from oils, lotions, and shampoos around the eye area during this time, as they can weaken the lift.
- Skip eye makeup, especially mascara, for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down on your lashes to prevent misshaping them.
- Avoid waterproof mascara and other harsh products.

How long does the tint last?
The tint can last up to 4-6 weeks with proper aftercare, depending on your natural lash/brow cycle.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our tint is specially formulated to be gentle, safe, and nourishing.
It’s ammonia-free and PPD-free, making it suitable for sensitive areas. Enriched with multiple plant extracts, the formula helps condition and protect your lashes and brows. With a mildly acidic pH levels, it’s designed to minimise irritation. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before use.
Will the tint damage my lashes or brows?
No, when used correctly. The plant-based formula is designed to nourish as it tints, leaving lashes and brows looking fuller and healthier.
Can I use this tint after a lash lift?
Yes! You can apply the tint immediately after completing your lash lift. We recommend using the Everbare Lash Lift together with our kit.

Our dispatch team start processing and fulfilling your order as soon as we have received it to ensure you get it as quick as possible, this means we are unable to make changes to an order once it’s been placed. If you don’t wish to use the trial, you may instead request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
